Course Material
This page outlines the material available within the course. It is descriptive only. Nothing here implies order, completion, or progression.
Observation Areas
The course contains a small number of observation areas. Each exists to make specific behaviours, assumptions, or pressures visible.
- Spending and recurring commitments
- Impulse and delay behaviour
- Need versus want distinctions
- Attention and distraction patterns
- Clarity around time, effort, and expectation
These areas are not steps. They do not need to be completed. Some may never be relevant.
Tools
Tools exist only as observation aids. They do not improve outcomes. They do not optimise behaviour.
Using tools is optional. Not using them is also valid.
Completion
The course is complete when you are able to see the environment clearly and decide, without illusion, whether to proceed further or stop.
There is no certification, score, or next step.
